1. Ottoman

Turn your old jeans into an ottoman!
Ottomans can be expensive, but this one doesn't have to be.
Out of only two pairs of old denim you could make yourself an ottoman like this.

You could even stuff it with the scraps you don't use to maximize your savings.
This one is stuffed with bean bag beans to make it a little more firm.
Get yours here

2. Bow tie

If you haven't heard, the 90's are back.

Pull off a rustic or retro vibe with this denim
upcycled bow-tie.
If you aren't comfortable sewing,
use a hot glue gun to make this!

Also a great homemade gift for a special someone in your life.

My mom even made all of the bow ties used in my wedding, see here.

3.Backpack

Make a cute and original backpack to fit all your needs.
Using the pant pockets for actual pockets and the waist band for the back straps,
This is a super economical and useful craft to make out of old jeans.

4. No Sew Wall Organizer

here is a fast and simple craft you can do,
also requires no sewing!

Cut the pockets out of an old pair of pants and ta-da, you have a 'diy' organizer.
I just used thumb tacks here to hang them on the wall and put a few little art supplies in them.

5. Purse

Make a small purse or medicine bag to carry your necessities.
Great for caring cash or cards when going to amusement parks or festivals
This has been embroider with the Japanese boro Technic.
My mother made this and can be purchased here.
Note: This is a unique and there is only one available.

I am so glad you like them, I even made a smaller version and put a hair-bow where the neck tie would go to make a hair-bow! Thanks for reading, and I hope they turn out great!

The ottoman would be an awesome idea! Nice and durable for a kids room. You could even add patchwork from other old clothes or ties! Such a fun collection of ideas 😍
